摘  要:本文通过在15wt.%的明胶水溶液中,聚合丙烯酰胺和N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(MBA)单体,再以铁离子与溶液中的聚苯乙烯磺酸钠(PSS)和明胶配位,制备出具有氢键作用、互穿网络和离子交联共同作用的水凝胶网络(PSS(Fe^(3+))Gel-PAM)。该水凝胶具有一定自愈合能力,且丙烯酰胺和Fe^(3+)含量对其凝胶含水量、抗溶胀能力和力学性能的都具有显著的影响。其中,明胶与丙烯酰胺的质量比为1:1.5时,PSS(Fe^(3+))Gel-PAM水凝胶展现出最低的含水量和最佳的抗溶胀性,且水凝胶的力学性能也达到最佳。凝胶中的含水率为59.39%,最大应变达到671.06%,承受的最大应力可达0.42MPa,且200%应变循环拉伸应变回复能达到46.93%.In this paper,a hydrogel network(PSS(Fe^(3+))Gel-PAM)with hydrogen bonding,interpenetrating network and ion crosslinking was prepared by polymerizing polyacrylamide and N,N-methylenebisacrylamide(MBA)monomer and then crosslinking sodium polystyrene sulfonate(PSS)and gelatin with iron ion(Fe^(3+))in 15 wt.%gelatin aqueous solution.The hydrogel shows a certain self-healing ability,and the content of acrylamide and Fe^(3+)has a significant effect on the water content,swelling resistance and mechanical properties of the hydrogel.When the mass ratio of gelat-in to acrylamide was 1:1.5,PSS(Fe^(3+))Gel-PAM hydrogel exhibited the lowest water content,the best anti-swelling property and mechanical properties.The water content in the gel is 59.39%,the maximum strain reaches 671.06%,the maximum stress can reach 0.42 Mpa and 46.93%recovery can be obtained after 200%strain cyclic tensile strain.
