摘　　要：目的研究影响公立医院管理人员公共服务动机的条件组态,分析公立医院运营管理满意度对管理人员公共服务动机的作用机制。方法抽取北京市18家三级公立医院617名管理人员进行问卷调查,对数据进行模糊集定性比较分析。结果公立医院管理人员的4种运营管理满意度情况综合作用于其公共服务动机,概括为综合型主导模式、预算制度主导模式、总会计师制度主导模式和行政管理主导模式4种路径。结论公立医院管理人员对于运营管理的认识尚未统一。建议倡导公立医院质量成本综合管理模式,完善公立医院总会计师制度,推进运营管理队伍职业化建设。Objective To explore the configuration of conditions affecting the public hospital managers'motivation for public service,and analyze the mechanism of operating management satisfaction of public hospitals on the managers'motivation for public service.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 617 hospital managers from 18 tertiary public hospitals in Beijing,and the fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis method was used.Results The four operation management satisfactions of public hospital managers comprehensively affected their public service motivation,which included four action paths:comprehensive leading mode,budget leading mode,chief accountant system leading mode and administrative management leading mode.Conclusion Managers of public hospitals have not yet unified their understanding of operation management.It was suggested to advocate the comprehensive quality and cost management mode of public hospitals,improve the chief accountant system of public hospitals,and promote the professional construction of operation and management team.
