摘　　要：目的构建深圳市公立综合医院感染科综合能力建设评价体系,为提升感染科综合能力提供参考。方法基于“结构-过程-结果”三维质量评价模式,通过回顾文献,参考相关政策、规范,结合实地调研结果,构建体系框架,邀请来自深圳市17名专家进行两轮咨询以筛选指标,采用层次分析法计算各级指标权重。结果形成了包含3项一级指标、17项二级指标、59项三级指标的公立综合医院感染科综合能力建设评价体系。两轮咨询专家积极系数分别为85%和100%,专家权威系数分别为0.800、0.802,三级指标变异系数均值分别为0.144、0.138。三级指标权重在0.0143~0.0176之间。结论构建的公立综合医院感染科综合能力建设评价体系具有一定科学性,可为评价公立综合医院感染科综合能力提供参考。Objective To construct a comprehensive capacity evaluation system of Infectious Diseases Department in Shenzhen public general hospitals,and provide reference for improving the comprehensive capacity of Infectious Diseases Department.Methods Based on the"structure-process-result"three-dimensional quality evaluation mode,the system framework was constructed by reviewing literatures,referring to relevant policies and norms,and combining with the field investigation results.17 experts from Shenzhen were invited to conduct two rounds of consultation to screen indicators,and the weights of indicators at all levels were calculated by AHP.Results The comprehensive capacity evaluation system of Infectious Diseases Department in public general hospitals was formed,which included 3 first-level indexes,17 second-level indexes and 59 third-level indexes.The positive coefficient of experts in the two rounds of consultation was 85%and 100%,the expert authority coefficient was 0.800 and 0.802,and the mean variation coefficient of the three-level indicators was 0.144 and 0.138,respectively.The weight of the three-level index was between 0.0143 and 0.0176.Conclusion The evaluation system of comprehensive capacity of Infectious Diseases Department is scientific and can provide reference for the evaluation of comprehensive capacity of Infectious Diseases Department in public general hospitals.
