摘　　要：为提升省级专业质控中心的精细化管理水平,开发省级质控中心信息化管理平台,设计了数据上报、数据分析、监测预警、排行发布、质控大屏、指标动态管理、一体化质控管理、系统管理等八大功能模块,满足了省级专业质控中心的质量管理需求,提高了数据质控的及时性和准确性,方便了各级质控单位智能化管控质量指标,并针对存在问题及时改进。该平台还需进一步融入PDSA理念,完善考核标准和数据评价方法,利用专网传输数据。In order to improve the fine management level of the provincial professional quality control center and develop the information management platform of the provincial quality control center,eight functional modules including data reporting,data analysis,monitoring and warning,ranking release,large screen of quality control,dynamic index management,integrated quality control management and system management were designed to meet the quality management needs of the provincial professional quality control center.It improved the timeliness and accuracy of data quality control,facilitated the quality control units at all levels to intelligently control quality indicators,and made timely improvements in response to existing problems.The platform also needed to be further integrated into the concept of PDSA,improve assessment standards and data evaluation methods,and use private networks to transmit data.
