摘 要:针对具有二次压紧和安全锁紧功能的轨道车辆门电动辅助锁解锁需求,提出一种采用电磁方式的轨道车辆门辅助锁自储能离合装置.该装置位于辅助锁储能机构与主传动机构之间,具有储能后与主传动机构分离、解锁时释放储备能量的功能.设计离合装置的传动机构,通过电磁铁实现离合装置的离合动作.在发生紧急情况时,能够不依靠车门供能装置提供的能量就可以解锁辅助锁,便于乘客开门安全离开.To fulfil the need for unlocking electric auxiliary locks of rail vehicle doors functioning as secondary pressing and safety locking,we proposed a clutch device for automatic energy storage system of auxiliary locks of rail vehicle doors by using electromagnetic mode.Located between an energy reserve device and a main transmission device,a clutch device can separate itself from the main transmission device after storing energy and release energy reserve during unlocking.A transmission device of the clutch device was designed and electromagnet was used for clutching.An auxiliary lock can be unlocked without the energy provided by vehicle door energy device,in emergency,so passengers can get out of a vehicle safely through the door.
