摘　　要：国家档案局颁布的《档案修裱技术规范》(DA/T 25—2022)是在修复技术与手段逐渐更新,档案保护与修复实践不断对修裱工作提出新要求的背景下制定的。该文通过对比《档案修裱技术规范》(DA/T 25—2000)及联系相关标准,对《档案修裱技术规范》(DA/T 25—2022)的编制背景、编制依据与适用范围、主要内容及修订重点变化进行分析,并从针对性、继承性、可操作性和适时性等方面对该标准的特点进行解读。The Specifications for Mounting-Re⁃pairing of Archives(DA/T 25—2022)issued by the National Archives Administration was formulated un⁃der the background of the gradual updating of the re⁃pairing technology and means.It targets new re⁃quirements for the work of mounting with the devel⁃opment of archives protection and repairing.By com⁃paring the Specifications for Mounting-Repairing of Archives(DA/T 25—2000)and related standards,this paper analyzes the background and basis of revi⁃sion,scope of application,main contents and key points of revision of the Specifications for Mounting-Repairing of Archives(DA/T 25—2022),and inter⁃prets the characteristics of this standard from the as⁃pects of pertinence,inheritance,operability and time⁃liness.
