摘　　要：王国光参与了明中期大刀阔斧的改革,为万历中兴施展了才智,贡献了力量。作为张居正改革集团的核心人员,王国光仕途的发端、成熟和结束与王朝权力的转移息息相关。在仕权与皇权的博弈之下,王国光在宦海之中既迎来过政治生涯的高光时刻,又经历了权力更迭下的黯然离场。从改革精英之士到善治善能的成熟官员,再到归田园居的半隐乡绅,王国光用才华、经验、智慧谱写了积厚流光的一生。Wang Guoguang participated in the drastic reform in the middle of the Ming Dynasty,and displayed his wisdom in the reform and contributed to the development of Reign of Wanli Emperor.He was an important member of Zhang Juzheng’s reform group,so the beginning,maturity and end of his official career were closely related to the transfer of the dynasty power.In the game between official power and imperial power,he not only reached the peak of his political career,but also experienced the intrigue of officialdom.From the reform elite to the mature official with excellent governance ability,and then to the semi-hidden squire returning to the farmland,Wang Guoguang lived a brilliant life with talent,experience and wisdom.
