摘　　要：道路交通安全宣传与教育是公安交通管理部门的主要职责和任务之一,是提升道路交通安全出行意识与文明出行意识的重要方法和策略,也是提升广大交通参与者出行满意度和公安交通管理部门社会认可度的有效举措和客观反映。公安交管部门通过系统分析当前公安道路交通管理部门交通安全宣传教育现状,准确把握“十四五”期间智慧交通管理发展需求和趋势,有效破解未来公安道路交通安全宣传与教育的重点和难点问题,积极创新智慧交管背景下道路交通安全宣传教育实践和应用,对于提升公安道路交通管理整体工作效能和信息化水平具有重要的学术价值和实践意义。Road traffic safety publicity and education is the main responsibility and task of the public security traffic management department,is an important method and strategy to improve the awareness of road traffic safety and civilized travel,and is also an effective measure and objective reflection to improve the travel satisfaction of the majority of traffic participants and the social recognition of the public security traffic management department.Through systematic analysis of the current situation of traffic safety publicity and education,the public security road traffic management departments accurately grasp the development needs and trends of intelligent traffic management during the“Fourteenth Five-Year Plan”period,effectively solve the key and difficult issues of future public security road traffic safety publicity and education,and actively create new road traffic safety publicity and education practices and applications under the background of intelligent traffic management.It has important academic value and practical significance for improving the overall work efficiency and informatization level of public security road traffic management.
