摘　　要：司法鉴定公信力建设是司法鉴定领域发展中的重要内容之一,司法鉴定意见对案件的结果有着举足轻重的影响。在阐述司法鉴定公信力概念、主要特征的基础上,从意识因素、主体因素及制度因素三大方面解读影响司法鉴定公信力的原因;以提升司法鉴定公信力建设水平为目的,探讨健全和完善司法鉴定管理制度的措施及方法,并提出具有可行性的意见。希望为司法鉴定公信力建设提供必要的借鉴。The construction of the credibility of forensic expertise is one of the important contents in the development of the field of forensic expertise.On the basis of expounding the concept and main characteristics of the credibility of forensic expertise,this paper interprets the reasons affecting the credibility of forensic expertise from three aspects:consciousness factor,subject factor and system factor.In order to improve the level of credibility construction of forensic expertise,this paper discusses the measures and methods to improve the management system of forensic expertise,and puts forward some feasible opinions,hoping to provide necessary reference for the credibility construction of forensic expertise.
