摘 要:分析了冶炼烟气中的高含量氟和氯对制酸系统的影响,详细介绍了某镍冶炼烟气制酸系统在运行过程中面临的问题及原因,并结合生产实际,对制酸系统净化工序的动力波逆喷管、烟气换热降温工艺、电除雾工艺进行了优化改造。通过采用新型玻璃钢内衬石墨砖动力波逆喷管代替原来的合金逆喷管、将板框压滤机的清液与绝热塔的稀酸大量互串、优化洗涤塔外换热技术,以及应用电除雾器两段水洗除雾除氟技术,制酸系统的工艺指标得到优化,解决了制酸系统的设备设施氟氯腐蚀的问题,为冶炼系统长周期稳定运行提供了保障。The impact of high content of fluorine and chlorine in smelting flue gas on the acid making system are analyzed,and the problems and reasons faced by a certain nickel smelting flue gas acid making system during operation are introduced in detail.Combined with production practice,the power wave reverse nozzle,flue gas heat exchange cooling process,and electric mist removal process in the purification process of the acid making system are optimized and transformed.By using a new type of fiberglass lined graphite brick dynamic wave inverse nozzle to replace the original alloy inverse nozzle,interconnecting the clear liquid of the plate and frame filter press with the dilute acid of the adiabatic tower,optimizing the heat exchange technology outside the washing tower,and applying the two-stage water washing and mist removal technology of the electric mist eliminator,the process indicators of the acid making system have been optimized,solving the problem of fluorine and chlorine corrosion in the equipments and facilities of the acid making system.This provides a guarantee for the long-term stable operation of the smelting system.
