摘  要:介绍了贵溪冶炼厂冶炼烟气制酸系统净化工序硅酸钠除氟技术的应用和改进情况。通过对硅酸钠特性及除氟工艺原理进行分析,设计了硅酸钠除氟工艺流程,对除氟设备进行了选型。针对硅酸钠除氟系统运行过程中存在的问题进行原因分析,并采取针对措施进行了改造,提高了制酸系统的自动化水平和稳定运行周期,降低了操作人员的劳动强度和安全风险,对硅酸钠除氟技术的应用具有一定的借鉴意义。The application and improvement of sodium silicate fluoride removal technology in the purification process of the acid production system from smelting flue gas in Guixi Smelter are introduced.By analyzing the characteristics of sodium silicate and the principle of defluorination process,the process flow of sodium silicate defluorination was designed,and the defluorination equipment was selected.An analysis was conducted on the causes of the problems in the operation of the sodium silicate fluoride removal system,and corresponding measures were taken to improve the automation level and stable operation cycle of the acid making system,reduce the labor intensity and safety risks of operators,and provide certain reference significance for the application of sodium silicate fluoride removal technology.
