摘　　要：针对云南天安化工有限公司硫黄散存库2台5T抓斗行车主电缆滑车脱落、滑轮磨损等问题,从主电缆滑车的结构、材质、性能等方面进行分析,制定了改造方案,进行自主设计和施工,用较少的成本解决了防爆区域行车故障率高的难题,保证了硫黄的运输,降低了硫黄散存库的安全风险,为解决类似问题提供了思路。In response to the problems of cable pulley detachment and pulley wear of two 5T grab trucks in the sulphur bulk storage depot of Yunnan Tian’an Chemical Co.,Ltd.,an analysis was conducted on the structure,material,performance and other aspects of the main cable pulley.A renovation plan was developed,and independent design and construction were carried out to solve the problem of high failure rate of vehicles in explosion-proof areas with less cost,ensuring the transportation of sulphur and reducing the safety risk of the sulphur bulk storage depot,and providing ideas for solving similar problems.
