摘　　要：介绍了一种新型组合式脱硫塔的工作原理、设计要点、结构特点,以及在铜冶炼烟气制酸离子液脱硫系统中的应用情况。组合式脱硫塔分为顶部烟囱、胺液回收段、离子液吸收段和增湿段四部分,将烟气增湿净化、二氧化硫吸收、胺液回收、顶部烟囱排气等功能集成于一体,采用槽管式分液器、螺旋型实心锥形喷嘴、丝网除雾器和规整填料,保证尾气经处理后达标排放。组合式脱硫塔的顶部烟囱设置了阻尼器和破风圈结构,提高了脱硫塔的安全稳定性。组合式脱硫塔的结构紧凑,设备集成度高,施工周期短,占地面积可节省50%~60%,有效降低了工程造价,适用于新厂扩建或老厂改造。The working principle,design points,structural characteristics,and application of a new type of combined desulfurization tower in the ion liquid desulfurization system of copper smelting flue gas acid production are introduced.The combined desulfurization tower is divided into four parts:the top chimney,amine liquid recovery section,ionic liquid absorption section and humidification section.It integrates functions such as flue gas humidification and purification,sulfur dioxide absorption,amine liquid recovery,and top chimney exhaust into one.It adopts a slot tube type liquid separator,a spiral solid conical nozzle,a wire mesh mist eliminator,and regular packing to ensure that the exhaust gas is discharged up to standard after treatment.The top chimney of the combined desulfurization tower is equipped with a damper and a wind break structure,which improves the safety and stability of the desulfurization tower.The combined desulfurization tower has a compact structure,high equipment integration,short construction period,and can save 50%to 60%of the land area,effectively reducing engineering costs.It is suitable for new plant expansion or old plant renovation.
