摘　　要：介绍了宜都兴发化工有限公司两套硫黄制酸装置的蒸汽平衡和梯级利用情况,重点介绍了使用发电机组代替减温减压器的具体方案与平衡蒸汽的运行措施。利用发电机组对硫酸装置产生的蒸汽进行梯级减压利用,不但提高了蒸汽的热能利用率,降低了凉水塔的负荷,使装置现场的冒白现象得到改观,还可增加经济效益4685万元/a,对企业节能降耗和降本增效具有积极的意义。The steam balance and cascade utilization of two sulphur-burning sulphuric acid plants at Yidu Xingfa Chemical Co.,Ltd.are introduced,with a focus on the specific scheme of using a generator set instead of a temperature and pressure reducer and the operational measures for balancing steam.The use of generator sets for stepwise decompression and utilization of steam generated by a sulphuric acid plant not only improves the thermal energy utilization rate of the steam,reduces the load of the cooling tower,improves the phenomenon of white emission on site,but also increases economic benefits 46.85 million yuan/a.It is of positive significance for enterprises to save energy,reduce consumption,and increase efficiency.
