摘  要:从煤衍生油、石油焦油、重质芳烃中提取的2-甲基萘可作为重要精细化工和有机化工原料,具有用途广泛、价值较大的特性且可以其聚合合成聚萘二甲酸乙二醇酯(PEN)、液晶聚合物(LCP)等高端新材料。为延伸2-甲基萘的加工产业链及提高其资源利用率,简述2-甲基萘的应用现状和工业生产方法,从化学合成的角度重点综述2-甲基萘的多种合成方法的研究现状及最新进展,主要包括1-甲基萘异构化合成法、萘的甲基化法、C—C键偶联法。汇总分析研究现状后表明:以改性沸石分子筛为代表的高效催化剂的制备是1-甲基萘异构化和萘的烷基化反应的关键技术,应进一步改性和调控催化剂,提高原料的转化率和2-甲基萘的选择性;在连续、温和、较大规模、催化剂低廉条件下高效合成2-甲基萘是C—C键偶联合成2-甲基萘的关键点。对2-甲基萘可延伸的萘基高聚物前驱体和聚萘二甲酸乙二醇酯产业链进行展望,指出应重点开展异构化及萘烷基化法合成2-甲基萘的工艺研究,耦合现有的提纯方法以扩大2-甲基萘的来源,进而减低其制备成本。The 2-methylnaphthalene extracted from coal-derived oil,petroleum tar and heavy aromatics can be used as important fine chemical and organic chemical raw material.It has a wide range of uses and great value,and can be polymerized to synthesize high-end new materials such as polyethylene naphthalate(PEN)and liquid crystal polymer(LCP).In order to extend the processing industry chain of 2-methylnaphthalene and improve its resource utilization,the application status and industrial production methods of 2-methylnaphthalene were briefly described.The research status and latest progress of various synthesis methods of 2-methylnaphthalene were reviewed from the perspective of chemical synthesis,including 1-methylnaphthalene isomerization synthesis method,naphthalene methylation method and C—C bond coupling method.After summarizing and analyzing the research status,it is shown that the preparation of high-efficiency catalysts represented by modified zeolite molecular sieves is the key technology for the isomerization of 1-methylnaphthalene and the alkylation of naphthalene.The catalyst should be further modified and regulated to improve the conversion of raw materials and the selectivity of 2-methylnaphthalene;the efficient synthesis of 2-methylnaphthalene under continuous,mild,large-scale and low catalyst conditions is the key point of C—C bond coupling synthesis of 2-methylnaphthalene.The extended naphthyl polymer precursor of 2-methylnaphthalene and the industrial chain of polyethylene naphthalate were prospected.It is pointed out that the research on the synthesis of 2-methylnaphthalene by isomerization and naphthalene alkylation should be focused on,and the existing purification methods should be coupled to expand the source of 2-methylnaphthalene and reduce its preparation cost.
