摘　　要：既有建筑改造是城市更新行动中的重要内容,而改造过程中面临的突出问题在于消防设计难以通过审查验收程序。为解决这一难题,国内各地纷纷出台政策性文件和工程技术指南,探索适合既有建筑改造的消防设计审查验收工作制度及技术标准。现收集国内14个地区印发的针对既有建筑消防改造利用的工程技术性文件,通过分析归纳文件内容,总结适用于既有建筑消防改造的经验做法。The renovation of existing buildings is an important part of urban renewal action,and the prominent problem faced in the renovation process is the difficulty of fire protection design to pass the review and acceptance procedure.To solve this problem,policy documents and engineering technical guidelines have been issued in different parts of China to explore the fire protection design review and acceptance work system and technical standards suitable for the renovation of existing buildings.Now we collect the engineering technical documents issued by 14 regions in China for the renovation of existing buildings,and summarize the experience and practices applicable to the renovation of existing buildings by analyzing and summarizing the contents of the documents.
