纽曼护理模式对结肠癌术后患者睡眠质量、生命质量的影响分析

摘　　要：目的浅谈纽曼护理应用于结肠癌患者术后的效果及其对患者睡眠质量以及生命质量的影响。方法选取南京市六合区人民医院2020年1月至2022年2月接诊的结肠癌手术患者82例,按照随机数字表法分成对照组和试验组各41例。对照组患者在术后采取常规护理,试验组患者在术后采取纽曼护理,对比两组患者护理前后的睡眠质量和生命质量。结果在睡眠质量和生命质量评分比较中,两组患者护理前差异无显著性(P>0.05);护理后,试验组患者睡眠质量得分较对照组患者更低,生活质量得分较对照组患者更高,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论纽曼护理可以提高结肠癌患者手术后的睡眠质量和生命质量。Objective To discuss the effect of Newman's nursing on the postoperative quality of sleep and life of patients with colon cancer.Method 82 patients with colon cancer who were admitted to Nanjing Liuhe District People's Hospital from January 2020 to February 2022 were selected and divided into the control group and the test group according to the random number table.The patients in the control group received routine nursing after operation,and the patients in the test group received Newman nursing after operation.The sleep quality and quality of life of the patients in the two groups were compared before and after nursing.Result In the comparison of sleep quality and quality of life scores,there was no significant difference between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05);After nursing,the sleep quality score of patients in the test group was lower than that of patients in the control group,and the quality of life score was higher than that of patients in the control group,with a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Newman nursing can improve the sleep quality and life quality of patients with colon cancer after operation.
