摘 要:针对长距离井巷施工通风问题,通过理论计算、数值模拟、工程实践等方式,研究了一种临时通风系统的构筑方法及其实践效果。临时通风系统由设置在巷道入口的风门和辅助扇风机组成。在井巷作业进行时,辅助扇风机作为临时主扇启用,对巷道施加负压从而加速污风排出。数值模拟及工程实践表明:构筑临时通风系统可以有效解决长距离井巷风阻大、污风难排的问题;负压通风对长距离井巷“局扇-风筒”的通风模式具有革新意义。In view of the ventilation problem in long-distance roadway construction,a construction method of tem porary ventilation system and its practical effect are studied through theoretical calculation,numerical simulation and engineering practice.The temporary ventilation system is composed of air door and auxiliary fan set at the entrance of roadway.When roadway operation is carried out,the auxiliary fan is used as the temporary main fan to apply negative pressure to the roadway to accelerate the exhaust of waste air.Numerical simulation and engineering practice show that the construction of temporary ventilation system can effectively solve the problems of large air resistance and difficult exhaust of waste air in long-distance roadway;Negative pressure ventilation has innovative significance for the ven tilation mode of"fan-air funnel"in long-distance roadway.
