摘　　要：通过实地调研、资料查阅、案例分析等方式,梳理出南康区家具生产经典工艺流程及污染物产生环节;分析了目前南康区家具产业污染物治理现状及其存在问题;并探讨了共享环保涂装模式生产运营流通机制,产污环节及治理效果。结果表明,南康区家具行业以油性漆为主,并伴随大量有机废气产生,受南康家具企业规模限制,废气处理难以达标排放;通过采用共享环保智能涂装商业模式,涂装中心配备齐全生产设施为加工厂家提供涂装服务,并配备高效治污设施,及实时监管平台,实现经济与环境双重效益,同时,为政府提供监管平台,并有助于产业链升级改造。Through field research,data review and case analysis,we sort out the classic process flow and pollutant generating links of furniture production in Nankang District;analyze the current situation of pollutant treatment and its problems;and discuss the production and operation circulation mechanism,pollution production links and treat ment effects of shared environmental protection painting model.The results show that the furniture industry in Nank ang District is mainly based on oil-based paint,and a large amount of organic waste gas is generated,which is limited by the scale of Nankang furniture enterprises,and the waste gas treatment is difficult to meet the standard emission;by adopting the shared environmental protection intelligent painting business model,the painting center is equipped with complete production facilities to provide painting services for processors,and equipped with efficient pollution control facilities and real-time supervision platform to achieve both economic and environmental benefits,besides,it provides a regulatory platform for government and helps to upgrade the industrial chain.
