摘  要:目前,全膜工艺是全量处理垃圾渗滤液的主要工艺,但其运营成本较高,开发运营成本低的无膜全量处理工艺具有积极意义。文章以江苏某生活垃圾填埋场老龄渗滤液为研究对象,采用Fenton+生化脱氮+电氧化组合工艺,对经两级AO生物处理后的MBR产水进行中试研究。结果表明,组合工艺对COD、氨氮和总氮具有很好的去除效果,处理后的主要水质指标满足《生活垃圾填埋场污染控制标准》(GB 16889—2008),水处理费用为34.3元/m^(3),明显低于全膜处理法的成本。Full membrane process is the main process for full-volume treatment of waste leachate at present,as its operating cost is relatively high,and it is of positive significance to develop a full volume treatment process without membrane with low operating cost.A pilot study was conducted on the MBR produced water after two-stage AO biological treatment using the combination process of Fenton+biochemical denitrification+electro-oxidation for an aged leachate from a domestic landfill in Jiangsu.The results showed that the combined process has good effect on the removal of COD,ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen,and the main water quality index after treatment meets the requirements of Pollution Control Standard of Domestic Waste Landfill(GB 16889—2008),and the water treatment cost is 34.3 Yuan/m^(3),which is obviously lower than the cost of full membrane treatment.
