柠檬提取物对手机触屏细菌的生长抑制作用

摘  要:为了寻找出适合社会人群使用的新型手机触屏消毒液,使用无菌规格板,采用局部检出法,对不同消毒产品处理后手机触屏的细菌总数进行计数,大于10 CFU/cm^(2)时确定为细菌数超标,同时以质谱法鉴定细菌种类。实验发现,实验组手机屏幕含菌量明显低于对照组;柠檬提取物抑菌效果与75%酒精相当,优于1%84消毒液;经质谱仪检测,在校师生手机屏幕表面存在多种微生物,且多为致病微生物,天然柠檬提取物具有独特的清香和良好的消毒效果,可考虑成为手机触屏消毒的新型产品。In order to find new cell phone touch screen disinfectants suitable for social groups,the total number of bacteria on cell phone touch screens after treatment with different disinfection products was counted using sterile specification plates and local detection method,which were identified as exceeding the bacterial count when larger than 10 CFU/cm 2,while the bacterial species were identified by mass spectrometry.It was found that the bacterial content of cell phone screens in the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group;the antibacterial effect of lemon extract was comparable to 75%alcohol and better than 1%84 disinfectant solution;as detected by mass spectrometer,there were many microorganisms on the surface of cell phone screens of school teachers and students,and most of them were pathogenic microorganisms。The natural lemon extract has a unique fragrance and good disinfection effect,and can be considered as a new product for cell phone touch screen disinfection.
