摘 要:船舶液压系统、纵倾平衡系统等压力管路输送液体结束后,阀门突然关闭,管道内常伴随瞬变流现象并产生强烈的瞬态噪声,这种现象对船舶稳定安全航行、船员舒适生活都较为不利。船舶压力管路内的瞬变流现象以纵倾平衡系统调水过程中的水锤最为突出,因此,基于纵倾平衡系统运行原理,搭建船舶纵倾平衡系统试验台,并进行水锤现象的影响规律试验。试验结果表明:该试验台可有效模拟船舶纵倾平衡系统调水过程的水锤现象,并得到调水压力、阀门驱动压力、管道约束方式、FFT分析等方面对水锤现象的影响规律。After the completion of the ship hydraulic system,trim balance system and other pressure pipelines conveying liquid,the valve is suddenly closed with transient flow phenomena and strong noise in the pipeline.This phenomenon is disadvantage to the stable and safe navigation of the ship and the comfortable life of the crew.During the water transfer process of the trim balance system,the transient flow phenomenon in the ship pressure pipeline is the most prominent.Therefore,due to the operation principle of the trim balance system,a test bench was built for the ship trim balance system,and the influence regular tests of water hammer phenomenon were conducted.The test results show that the test bench can effectively simulate the water hammer phenomenon in the water transfer process of the ship trim balance system,and the influence rules of water transfer pressure,valve driving pressure,pipeline restraint mode,and FFT analysis on the water hammer phenomenon are acquired.
