摘  要:作为改革的重要课程之一的生物统计学是植物保护专业、农学专业和园艺专业的学类核心课,主要培养学生正确选择和应用统计方法解决科学研究中遇到的问题,培养学生独立解决问题的能力以及科学素养,为后续毕业设计及科研工作打好基础。针对新农科背景下农科类专业生物统计学课程的教学现状进行调查研究,发现该课程存在教学手段单一,课程内容枯燥,学生缺乏学习兴趣,偏重理论学习和计算过程,缺乏解决问题为导向的实践训练,统计软件使用能力弱,教学与实际应用脱节问题,无论教学资源还是教学手段都很难满足“新农科”建设对于人才培养的需求。针对生物统计学课程教学过程中面临的急须解决的问题,构建“翻转课堂+虚拟仿真实践”的教学模式,从改革教学模式和教学方式、调整和优化教学内容等方面进行探索,以培养学生严格、严谨的统计学思维,提高学生的创新思维能力和解决实际科研问题的综合能力。As one of the important courses of reform,Biostatistics is the core course of plant protection major,agronomy major and horticulture major.It mainly trains students to correctly select and apply statistical methods to solve problems encountered in scientific research,cultivates students’ability to solve problems independently and scientific literacy,and lays a good foundation for subsequent graduation design and scientific research.Based on the investigation and research on the teaching status of Biostatistics course for agricultural majors under the background of“new agricultural science”,it is found that there are some problems in the course,such as single teaching means,the course content is boring,stndents lack of interests in learning,emphasis on theorectical learning and culcalation Process,lack of Practical training with problem-sowing oriented,the ability of using statistical software is weak and disconnection between teaching and practical application.Both teaching resources and teaching means are difficult to meet the needs of“new agricultural science”construction for personnel training.In view of the urgent problems in the teaching process of Biostatistics,the teaching mode of“flipped classroom+virtual simulation practice”is constructed,and the teaching mode and teaching method are reformed,and the teaching content is adjusted and optimized,so as to cultivate students strict and rigorous statistical thinking,improve students innovative thinking ability and comprehensive ability to solve practical scientific research problems.
