摘 要:传统的自行车力量训练不管是基础体能训练,还是专项体能训练,都较为注重运动员的肌肉耐力以及下肢肌肉的训练。对上肢及核心部位深层次肌肉的专项能力训练研究较少,且已有研究不够系统和深入。该文采用文献资料法、视频分析法、专家访谈法、逻辑分析法等科研方法,发现通过训练来提高运动员的专项能力是提高竞技成绩的关键。基于此,该文在前人的研究基础上,结合运动训练、核心力量训练等理论,提出竞技自行车项目的核心力量训练内容及方法,从而为提升我国竞技自行车项目的成绩提供一定的理论基础和实践指导。Traditional cycling strength training,whether it is basic physical training or special physical training,pays more attention to the training of the muscular endurance and lower limb muscles of athletes,and has less research on the special ability training of deep muscles in upper limbs and core areas,and the existing research is not systematic and in-depth enough.This paper adopts scientific research methods such as the literature method,video analysis method,expert interview method and logical analysis method.The research finds that how to improve athletes'special ability through training is the key to improving athletic performance.Based on this,relying on the research of predecessors,this paper puts forward the content and method of the core strength training for competitive cycling events in combination with sports training,core strength training and other theories,so as to provide a certain theoretical basis and practical guidance for improving the performance of China's competitive cycling events.
