摘　　要：该文运用文献资料、实地调研及专家访谈等研究方法,通过访谈国内职业网球赛事的球童培训导师、国际网球裁判及相关专家,获取职业网球赛事球童培训相关的一手资料,继而对中国职业网球赛事球童培养模式进行分析。结合专家的访谈意见及项目团队多年的赛事球童服务经验,总结出职业网球赛事球童培养模式存在赛事运营方对球童板块的重视程度不够,球童培养模式不健全,球童培训周期短,对球童文化的解读不深入等问题。提出完善中国职业网球赛事球童培养模式的建议:完善职业网球赛事球童的选拔机制,健全职业网球赛事球童的培训机制,规范职业网球赛事球童的培养模式,将球童文化与多元文化相融入,形成本土特色网球赛事品牌。以期为促进我国职业网球球童服务质量的提升及赛事的高质量发展奠定基础。Using research methods such as literature,field research and expert interview,this paper obtains first-hand information related to the caddie training of professional tennis tournaments through interviews with caddie trainers of domestic professional tennis tournaments,international tennis referees and relevant experts,and then analyzes the caddie training mode of professional tennis tournaments in China.Combined with the interview opinions of experts and the project team's years of experience in caddie service for tournaments,it summarizes the problems existing in the caddie training mode for professional tennis tournaments,such as the insufficient attention paid by the event operator to the caddie sector,the imperfect caddie training mode,the short caddie training cycle,and the shallow interpretation of caddie culture.It puts forward suggestions on improving the caddy training mode of professional tennis tournaments in China,that is,improving the selection mechanism of caddies for professional tennis tournaments,improving the training mechanism of caddies for professional tennis tournaments,standardizing the training mode of caddies for professional tennis tournaments,integrating caddy culture with multi-culture and forming a tennis event brand with local characteristics,so as to lay a foundation for the promotion of the service quality of professional tennis caddies in China and the high-quality development of the tournament.
