摘　　要：随着数字录音的大量涌现和证据制度的不断完善,数字录音真实性检验成为录音资料能否作为证据使用的前提,因此,结合当前数字录音真实性检验在实际办案中的应用情况,对案件检材进行编辑、篡改的鉴别。采用几种检验方法,如录音参数检验、听觉检验,以及基于计算机软件进行声谱分析的声学检验来分析录音经过编辑篡改后留下的痕迹特征,探究各类特征产生的原因。实验结果表明,编辑特征会随不同的编辑软件发生变化,综合运用多种检验方法,发现数字录音文件中的编辑处理特征是目前数字录音真实性检验的可行性方案。With the emergence of a large number of digital audio recordings and the continuous improvement of the evidence system,the verification of the authenticity of digital audio recordings has also become the premise whether the audio recordings can be used as evidence.The current application of the verification of the authenticity of digital audio recordings is combined in the actual handling of cases,where the case materials may be edited and tampered.Several main inspection methods(recording parameters inspection,auditory inspection,acoustic inspection based on computer software for acoustic spectrum analysis)are used to analyze the trace features left after editing and tampering,and to explore the causes of various features.The experimental results showed that the editing features may be changed with the different editing software processing methods,and it is a feasible method to find the editing features in digital recording files by comprehensive use of various inspection methods.
