摘  要:为了获取更加全面的运维信息,提高电网检修效率,提出一种基于B/S的电网配网运维检修管理系统。定义运维检修数据属性,明确集成目标,设计数据库,包括生产库、管理库和归档库,为集成数据提供储存空间;分割历史运维数据,引入离群度概念判断离群点,通过层次聚类法提取正常样本簇;使用边界样本异常识别算法制定识别规则,获取不同边界点间的距离值,通过识别半径判断出数据是否异常;经过归一化操作、关键词提取、冗余项删除等步骤,分析数据项之间关联度;在B/S架构下,建立具有应用层、中间层以及数据层的集成模型,达到数据集成目的。仿真实验表明,所提方法具有较好的异常数据识别功能,可提高资源利用率,集成后数据更方便运维检修的检索和分析。In order to obtain more comprehensive operation and maintenance information and improve power grid maintenance efficiency,a power grid distribution network operation and maintenance management system based on B/S architecture is proposed.We define the attributes of operation and maintenance data,clarify the integration objectives,design the database,including production library,management library and archiving library,and provide storage space for integrated data.We segment historical operation and maintenance data,introduce the concept of outlier degree to judge outliers,and extract normal sample clusters by hierarchical clustering method.The boundary sample anomaly recognition algorithm is used to formulate the recognition rules,obtain the distance between different boundary points,and judge whether the data are abnormal by the recognition radius.Through the steps of normalization operation,keyword extraction and redundant item deletion,the correlation degree between data items is analyzed.Under the B/S architecture,an integration model with application layer,middle layer and data layer is established to achieve the purpose of data integration.Simulation results show that the proposed method has good abnormal data identification function,can improve resource utilization,and the integrated data is more convenient for retrieval and analysis of operation and maintenance.
