摘  要:现有的电网智能规划数据库均没有在对象之间建立详细的拓扑关系,导致数据库应用时电流谐波阈值达不到理想数据,数据库运行速度较慢,因此提出面向个人用户构建电网智能化规划基础数据库的想法。设计电网智能规划数据关系图谱,通过类别关联,计算电网智能规划的指标、电压额定数值与变化周期、电流谐波有效值与峰值的百分比;建立对象之间的详细拓扑关系,构建数据库矢量模型,设计数据库智能指标的算法结构,从而得到电网智能规划数据库的优化方法。实验结果表明,该方法的数据写入谐波平均峰值为0.3551,数据调用谐波平均峰值为0.3779,所用时间仅为3.96 ms,提高了数据库运行速度,能够满足个人用户网络稳定地写入与调用大量数据。The existed intelligent planning databases have not established a detailed topological relationship between objects,resulting that the current harmonic threshold cannot obtain ideal data when in the application of database,and the database operation speed is slow.Therefore,an intelligent grid planning basic database construction method is designed for individual users.We design the data relationship diagram of intelligent grid planning data,and calculate the index,voltage rating and changed period,and the percentage of current harmonic effective value and peak through category correlation.We also establish the detailed topological relationship between the objects,build the database vector model,and design the algorithm structure of the database intelligent index,so as to obtain the optimization method of the power network intelligent planning database.Experimental results show that the average peak of data writing harmonic for the proposed method is 0.3551 and the average peak of 0.3779,and the operating time is only 3.96 ms,which improves the database operation speed,and can meet the stable writing and call of data of the individual user network.
