摘  要:逆变CO_(2)焊机主要由逆变焊接电源、送丝机、遥控盒、气管和焊枪等组成,逆变焊接电源和送丝机通过6芯控制电缆连接,采用有线载波方式实现焊接参数的远程遥控。随着物联网技术的发展,逐步地构建ZigBee无线网络,实现逆变CO_(2)焊机参数遥控与群控系统,完成逆变CO_(2)焊接电源节点、送丝机节点、路由节点、协调器节点等软硬件设计以及Android应用程序的设计。试验结果表明:本文提出的系统能满足逆变CO_(2)焊机实际的控制要求,达到了参数遥控与群控的目标。The inverter CO_(2) welding machine is mainly composed of an inverter welding power source,a wire feeder,a remote-control box,a gas pipe,and a welding gun.The inverter welding power source and the wire feeder are connected through a 6-core control cable.The wired carrier mode is adopted to realize remote control of welding parameters.With the development of Internet of Things,The ZigBee wireless network is built to realize the parameters remote control and group control system of inverter CO_(2) welding machine and complete the design of software and hardware,such as inverter CO_(2) welding power source node,wire feeder node,routing node,coordinator,as well as the design of Android application program.Through experiments,the system meets the actual control requirements of inverter CO_(2) welding machine and achieves the goal of parameter remote control and group control.
