摘　　要：支气管肺泡灌洗液细胞学检测是临床常用的检验项目之一,在肺部疾病的诊断、鉴别诊断、指导临床治疗中具有重要意义。该文通过介绍支气管肺泡灌洗液细胞学检验目的、标本采集、检验程序、报告模式、临床意义等内容,使其操作规范化、标准化,更好地发挥临床检验价值。Bronchoalveolar lavage fluid(BALF)cytology test is one of the commonly used clinical tests,which is of great significance for the diagnosis,differential diagnosis and clinical treatment of lung diseases.This paper introduces the purpose,sample collection,test procedure,report mode and clinical significance of BALF cytology test,so as to make the test normalized and standardized,and better play the clinical test value.
