摘　　要：关节腔积液细胞学检验是临床常用的检验项目之一,其对关节疾病的诊断、鉴别诊断、指导治疗具有重要意义。该文通过介绍关节腔积液细胞学检验目的、标本采集、检验程序、临床意义等内容,使其操作规范化、标准化,更好地发挥临床检验价值。The cytology of joint cavity effusion is one of the most commonly used tests in clinical practice,and is of great significance in the diagnosis,differential diagnosis and guidance of treatment of joint diseases.This article introduces the purpose,specimen collection,test procedure and clinical significance of the cytology test for joint cavity effusion in order to standardise and normalize its operation and better utilize its clinical value.
