摘 要:为揭示风电锁紧盘传扭特性及影响因素,建立风电锁紧盘切片厚壁圆筒模型,并搭建有限元模型模拟螺栓预紧、风电锁紧盘动态锁紧过程,研究风电锁紧盘传扭特性及主轴-轴套接触压力,以验证风电锁紧盘理论模型的合理性;进而,研究锥度与传扭能力和过盈量的关联关系;而后,研究装配间隙与内外环长锥面过盈量及径向位移的影响规律。研究结果表明,理论解与有限元解较为吻合,长锥面为过盈联接主要工作面,短锥面辅助联接;锥度越大,过盈量与传扭能力越高,但过大的锥度会加大与理论解的误差,甚至使材料发生塑性变形;配合间隙越小,传扭能力及外环内锥面径向位移越大,外环内锥面为整个联接中最薄弱的部位。To reveal the torque transmission characteristics and influencing factors of the wind turbine′s shrink disk,a thick-walled cylinder model of the shrink disk slice was established,and a finite element model was built to simulate the bolt pre-tightening and the dynamic locking process of the lock disk.The contact pressure between the spindle and the bushing was used to verify the rationality of the theoretical model of the shrink disk;furthermore,the relationship between the taper,the torque transmission capacity and the interference was studied;the influenco law of assembly olearance and long cone surface interference and radial displacement of the inner and outer ring.The research results show that the theoretical solution is in good agreement with the finite element solution.The long taper is the main working surface of the interference connection,and the short taper is the auxiliary connection.The excessive taper will increase the error with the theoretical solution,and even cause plastic deformation of the material;the smaller the fitting gap,the greater the torque transmission capacity and the radial displacement of the inner cone surface of the outer ring,and the inner cone surface of the outer ring is the weakest part of the entire connection.
