摘 要:高端移动装备代表着国家工业技术水平,进一步对其优化可减轻装备质量、提升机动性能和承载能力,同时实现节能减排。针对现有电动静液作动器(Electro-Hydraulic Actuator,EHA)液压回路辅助阀数量多和插装式平衡阀开启存在不确定性问题,设计了一种溢流平衡阀,将其应用在EHA液压回路,可同时取代溢流阀和平衡阀。通过简化和优化EHA液压回路,实现其小型化、轻量化和集成化,提高EHA可靠性。建立AMESim仿真模型,在负负载工况下研究了不同外负载和溢流平衡阀参数对EHA液压回路系统性能的影响。分析表明,在负负载工况下,外负载、溢流平衡阀控制油口阻尼、弹簧刚度以及控制比的变化均对EHA工作性能有较明显影响。与现有EHA液压回路方案相比,辅助阀数量减少了5件,减少比例为41.7%,集成阀块体积和质量均下降约50%,达到优化设计目的。High-level mobile equipment represents a country′s industrial technology level.Further optimization of high-level mobile equipment can reduce the weight of equipment,mobility and carrying capacity,while achieving energy saving and emission reduction.Aimed to solve the problem of a large number of auxiliary valves and uncertainty in the opening of the balancing valve for the existing Electro-Hydraulic Actuator(EHA)hydraulic circuit.A relief balancing valve was developed to replace both relief valve and balancing valve in the EHA hydraulic circuit.By simplifying and optimizing the EHA hydraulic circuit,the miniaturization,lightweight and integration of EHA can be achieved.The AMESim simulation model was established to analyze the effects of different external loads and relief balancing valve parameters on the performance of the EHA hydraulic circuit system under negative load condition.The analysis shows that under the negative load condition,the external load,the control port damping of the relief balancing valve,the spring stiffness and the change of the pilot ratio have significant effects on the performance of the EHA hydraulic circuit.Compared with the existing EHA hydraulic circuit,the number of auxiliary valves is reduced by 5 pieces,with a reduction ratio of 41.7%,and the volume and weight of the integrated valve block can be reduced by about 50%for optimal design purposes.
