摘　　要：随着新疆兵团第一次全国水利普查工作的结束,普查数据的管理与应用成为一项重要的工作任务.本文阐述了新疆兵团水利管理部门以水利普查数据资源为基础,基于SOA架构开发水利基础数据库管理系统实现了水利普查数据的展示检索、统计分析、更新和共享交换等应用.With the completion of the first national water resources census in Xinjiang Corps,the management and application of census data has become an important task.This paper expounds that the Water Resources Management Department of Xinjiang Corps is based on the data resources of water resources census,the basic database management system of water resources is developed based on SOA architecture,which realizes the application of display and retrieval,statistical analysis,updating and sharing of water resources census data.
