摘  要:本文主要介绍了在重庆市轨道交通6号线支线区间隧道施工中,由于该线路下穿重庆主市区,不但周边环境极其复杂,地面建筑物及地下管线繁多,而且新建线路隧道还需下穿既有轨道交通隧道,同时线路所处区域地质较差,围岩等级较低并且下穿富水区域.上述多种因素造成该新建线路隧道施工难度很大,既要确保既有轨道线路及周边构筑物的安全,使地面沉降处于可控范围内,还要保障隧道施工安全,防止出现塌方及涌水突泥事故的发生.针对上述情况,项目部对现场仔细调查和规划,针对不同地质情况和周边环境采取针对性的施工方案,同时加强对隧道支护的监控量测,严格控制地表及周边沉降,通过一系列举措,不但保障了既有轨道交通及周边构筑物的安全,而且通过对施工工艺进行严格把控,杜绝了软弱地段及富水区域施工时塌方、突水突泥等事故的发生,确保了施工的安全,提高了施工质量,加快了施工进度.该新建隧道下穿既有轨道交通线路及软弱富水区域地质所涉及的工艺和措施也为后续类似施工提供了借鉴和参考.This paper mainly introduces that in the construction of the section tunnel of the branch line of Chongqing Rail Transit Line 6,because the line passes through the main urban area of Chongqing,not only the surrounding environment is extremely complex,there are many ground buildings and underground pipelines,but also the new line tunnel needs to pass through the existing rail transit tunnel.At the same time,the line is located in a region with poor geology,low surrounding rock grade and passes through the water rich area.The construction of the new line tunnel is very difficult due to the above factors.It is necessary to ensure the safety of the existing track line and surrounding structures,keep the ground settlement within the controllable range,and ensure the safety of the tunnel construction,so as to prevent the occurrence of landslides and water and mud gushing accidents.In view of the above situation,the Project Department carefully investigated and planned the site,adopted targeted construction plans for different geological conditions and surrounding environments,strengthened monitoring and measurement of tunnel support,and strictly controlled the surface and surrounding settlement.Through a series of measures,not only the safety of existing rail transit and surrounding structures was guaranteed,but also the construction process was strictly controlled.The accidents such as collapse,water and mud inrush during construction in soft sections and water rich areas are eliminated,ensuring construction safety,improving construction quality and accelerating construction progress.The technology and measures involved in the new tunnel passing through the existing rail transit line and the geology of the weak and water rich area also provide reference for the subsequent similar construction.
