摘 要:通过X射线衍射(X-ray diffraction, XRD)分析确定该尾矿杂质相为钠长石,以油酸钠和十二胺为捕收剂,3 mol/L硫酸与1 mol/L硝酸为混合酸,对该尾矿采用浮选—酸浸技术提纯石英,确定最佳浮选条件为油酸钠与十二胺摩尔比为1:2,矿浆pH值为2,油酸钠质量浓度为100 mg/L。通过红外光谱、润湿性和电动电位(Zeta电位)分析探讨了捕收剂与杂质相的作用机理为钠长石更易吸附捕收剂。通过该工艺可将石英含量由80%提升至99.32%,有效实现金矿尾矿石英提纯。X-ray diffraction(XRD)analysis shows that the impurity phase of the tailings is albite.With sodium oleate and dodecylamine as collectors,which 3 mol/L sulfuric acid and 1 mol/L nitric acid become mixed acid,quartz is refined by flotation-acid leaching process.The optimum flotation conditions are determined as follows.The molar ratio of sodium oleate and dodecylamine is 1:2,and the ore pulp pH value is 2.The concentration of sodium oleate is 100 mg/L.Through infrared spectroscopy,wettability and Zeta electrokinetic potential analysis,the mechanism of the collector to the impurity phase is that the collector is easier to be adsorbed by albite.Through the flotation-acid leaching process,the quartz content can be increased from 80%to 99.32%,and the quartz purification of gold tailings can be effectively realized.
