摘  要:目的:通过对医院或医院-企业联合研发生产的10款维生素E乳膏保湿性进行研究,建立合理、高效、便捷的乳膏剂保湿性评价体系,为保湿功能的药用乳膏剂质量控制和品质评价提供参考。方法:将10款维生素E乳膏的经皮水分流失率、保湿率、吸湿率、稳定性等在体和体外多项指标进行Wilcoxon秩和检验分析,并合理制定各指标的加权评分等级、分值及权重,依据综合加权评分进行排序,划分维生素E乳膏等级。结果:实验表明,涂抹维生素E乳膏后,经皮水分流失呈现出不同程度的减小。多数维生素E乳膏体外吸湿率差异较小,而体外保湿率差异较大。6号高温放置出现轻微油水分离现象,9号常温放置出现变色现象。根据多指标综合加权评分,将10款维生素E乳膏分为3个等级:5号和7号为一级,3号为二级,1,2,4,6,8,9,10号为三级。结论:本实验建立的维生素E乳膏保湿性评价体系综合在体和体外多项指标,各指标等级、分值及权重设计合理,具有全面性、科学性、实用性等特点,可用于药用乳膏剂的保湿性评价。OBJECTIVE To establish a reasonable,efficient and convenient moisturizing evaluation system through the research of 10 vitamin E cream jointly developed and produced by hospitals or hospitals and enterprises,so as to provide reference for the quality control and quality evaluation of medicinal cream with moisturizing function.METHODS Wilcoxon rank-sum test was used to comparatively analyze multiple indicators both in vivo and in vitro of vitamin E cream,such as transepidermal water loss(TEWL),moisture retention,moisture absorption rate and stability,etc,and the weighted scoring grade,score value and weight of each index were reasonably formulated.Vitamin E cream was ranked according to the comprehensive weighted score.RESULTS According to the results,the value of TEWL revealed varying degrees of decrease after using vitamin E cream.Very small difference in the in vitro moisture absorption while large difference in the in vitro moisture retention were found in most vitamin E cream.No.6 vitamin E cream presented slight oil-water separation at high temperature,and No.9 presented discoloration at room temperature.According to the comprehensive weighted score of multiple indicators,the 10 vitamin E cream was divided into three grades:No.5 and No.7 were rated at GradeⅠ,No.3 was at GradeⅡ,and the rests were at GradeⅢ.CONCLUSION This experiment successfully establishes an efficient and complete system for evaluating the moisture retention,moisture absorption and other medical indexes of vitamin E cream,which provides scientific guidance for moisturizing ointments.
