摘　　要：目的了解骨科护士疼痛管理的认知现状,分析其影响因素,为更有针对性地开展继续教育和质量改进提供依据。方法采用整群抽样的方法抽取宁夏医科大学总医院2022年6月至2022年12月5个骨科病区的108名护士为调查对象,采用一般资料调查表及汉化版的疼痛管理知识和态度的调查问卷(knowledge attitudes and behavior survey regaring pain,KASRP),利用问卷星系统进行调查。结果骨科护士疼痛认知得分为(24.52±7.45)分,正确率为61.20%,处于较低水平。3个维度中知识维度得分为(10.10±3.50)分,正确率为59.00%;态度维度得分为(6.90±2.44)分,正确率为60.30%;行为维度得分为(9.87±2.52)分,正确率为65.70%,均处于较低水平。层级、工作年限、职称、是否实施疼痛关爱病房模式是骨科护士疼痛管理认知状况的主要影响因素(P<0.05)。结论骨科护士疼痛管理的认知水平普遍较低,护理疼痛患者的能力显著不足,医院及相关部门应重视对骨科护士疼痛管理相关知识的培训,并根据影响因素建立疼痛管理相关知识培训的长效机制,以有效促进疼痛管理。Objective In order to provide evidence for further education and quality improvement,the cognitive status of pain management among orthopedic nurses were researched and the influencing factors were analyzed.Methods 108 nurses from 5 orthopedic wards of General Hospital of Ningxia Medical University from June 2022 to December 2022 were selected as subjects by cluster sampling method,the general information questionnaire and the Chinese version of the knowledge attitudes and behavior survey regaring pain(KASRP)were used to conduct the survey by the questionnaire star system.Results The results of the questionnaire star system were(24.52±7.45)points,and the accuracy was 61.20%,which was at a low level.Among the three dimensions,the score of knowledge was(10.10±3.50)points,and the accuracy was 59.00%;The score of attitude dimension was(6.90±2.44)points,and the accuracy was 60.30%;The score of behavioral dimension was(9.87±2.52)points,and the accuracy was 65.70%,all at a low level.Rank,working years,professional title,and whether to implement the pain care ward mode were the main factors affecting the cognitive status of pain management of orthopaedic nurses(P<0.05).Conclusion The cognitive level of pain management of orthopedic nurses is generally low,and the ability to care for painful patients is significantly insufficient.Hospitals and relevant departments should pay attention to the training of pain management knowledge of orthopedic nurses,and establish a long-term mechanism of pain management knowledge training according to the influencing factors,so as to promote effective pain management.
