摘　　要：目的探讨多学科协作加速康复护理在踝关节外侧副韧带损伤围术期护理中的应用效果。方法将宁夏医科大学总医院2021年1月至2022年4月进行手术治疗的60例踝关节外侧副韧带损伤患者随机分组,分为对照组(常规治疗)和试验组(多学科协作快速康复护理),每组30例,比较两组患者的护理干预效果。结果试验组患者的视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale,VAS)评分低于对照组,试验组的踝关节功能评分高于对照组,试验组的平均住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将多学科协作快速康复护理应用于踝关节外侧副韧带损伤患者围术期护理中,可以显著缩短住院时间,减轻患者的痛苦,促进患者踝关节功能的恢复。Objective To explore the effect of multidisciplinary collaborative accelerated rehabilitation nursing in perioperative nursing care of lateral collateral ligament injury of ankle joint.Methods 60 patients with lateral collateral ligament injury of ankle joint who were operated in the General Hospital of Ningxia Medical University from January 2021 to April 2022 were randomly divided into control group(routine treatment)and experimental group(multidisciplinary collaborative rapid rehabilitation nursing),with 30 patients in each group.The nursing intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results The visual analog scale(VAS)score of the patients in the test group was lower than that in the control group,the ankle function score of the test group was higher than that in the control group,and the average hospitalization time of the test group was shorter than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of multidisciplinary collaborative rapid rehabilitation nursing to the perioperative nursing of patients with lateral collateral ligament injury of ankle joint can significantly shorten the hospital stay,alleviate the pain of patients,and promote the recovery of ankle joint function.
