摘  要:通过控温预聚合手段在反应釜中原位生成种子床,实现了聚烯烃催化剂的气相聚合评价,提高了聚烯烃催化剂气相聚合评价稳定性和效率,增强了气相聚合小试评价与气相中试和工业生产的相关性.在相应装置上对两种大粒径聚丙烯球形催化剂进行了动力学研究:考察了在气相聚合中铝硅比和氢气分压对聚合性能的影响,抗静电剂Atmer163对催化剂聚合性能的影响.研究表明,大粒径球形催化剂具有更高的比表面积,更有利于高橡胶相含量抗冲聚丙烯的生产.In this paper,a temperature⁃controlled prepolymerization method was used in situ generating seed bed in the reactor.This method has enabled the evaluation of the polyolefin catalyst in gas phase process,has improved the stability and efficiency of the evaluation and has enhanced the correlation among the laboratory evaluation,the pilot test of gas⁃phase polymerization and indus⁃trial production.The kinetics of two types of large⁃particle⁃size spherical catalysts for polypropylene were studied on the apparatus.The changes in catalyst polymerization performance with the increase of the n(TEAL)∶n(CHMMS)ratio and hydrogen partial pressure in gas⁃phase process were stud⁃ied,And the impact of the anti⁃static agent Atmer163 on the polymerization activity of two catalysts was examined.Additionally,the results indicated that the spherical catalyst with large particle size has higher specific surface area,which is beneficial to the production of impact polypropylene(IPP)with high rubber content.
