摘　　要：目的探讨自行设计制作的新型无菌物品柜在外科重症监护室的应用效果。方法回顾性分析郑州大学第一附属医院外科重症监护室及外科重症医学部2021-01-2021-12对无菌物品的管理资料。以开始应用自行设计制作的新型无菌物品柜的时间为分组依据,将2021-01-2021-06时间段作为使用前组(共1005件无菌物品),采用传统无菌物品管理;将2021-07-2021-12时间段作为使用后组(共987件无菌物品),联合应用新型无菌物品柜管理。均管理6个月。比较新型无菌物品柜应用前后的无菌物品过期率和混放率、医护人员清点工作的效率。并由8名质控小组成员采用自制调查表评价新型无菌物品柜应用前后的管理质量。结果使用后组的无菌物品过期率、混放率,以及周数量清点耗时、月数量清点耗时均明显低于使用前组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。8名质控小组成员评分结果显示,使用后组的制度管理、储存管理、时效管理和标签管理4个维度,以及总分均高于使用前组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新型无菌物品柜的应用降低了无菌物品过期率和混放率,提高了医护人员无菌物品清点工作效率和管理质量,是一种临床有效和实用的工具。Objective To design and manufacture a new type of sterile goods cabinet,and evaluate its clinical effect in surgical intensive care unit.Methods Use a controlled study,the management data of sterile goods with traditional management methods from January 2021 to June 2021 in department of surgical intensive care unit and surgical intensive care medicine of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University was retrospectively analyzed.Accreding to the time when the new type of sterile goods cabinet wasused,from January 2021 to June 2021,the traditional sterile items management was used the as the pre-use data(n=1005);from July 2021 to December 2021,the management of sterile goods after the application of the new sterile goods cabinet was used as the post-use data(n=987).The management was implemented for 6 months.The expired rate,the mixed rate,and the counting efficiency were compared before and after using the new sterile articles,then the self-made questionnaire was used to evaluate the management quality of the new sterile goods cabinet before and after application.Results The expiration rate,mixing rate,and the weekly workload and monthly cumulative time of accounting were lowed after using sterile goods cabinet than before using the new sterile articles were reduced,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the score of 8 quality control team members showd that the management quality scores of system management,storage management,time management,label management and total were higher after the application of the new sterile goods cabinet than that before the application of the new sterile goods cabinet,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the new sterile items cabinet can reduce the expiration rate and mixing rate of sterile items,improve the counting efficiency and the management quality,and it is an effective tool with clinical practicability.
