大直径盾构先行条件下地铁风道加固技术研究

摘  要:大直径盾构先行条件下穿越在施地铁风道在国内外工程建设中非常罕见,具有很大的独特性。基于围护结构桩取消条件下风道加固的特殊工况,通过建立3种承力结构的冠梁-支座模型,展开结构内力对比分析以及结构配筋分析。结果表明:冠梁最大弯矩均出现在两侧导洞内及冠梁跨中位置;中导洞内钻孔桩、冠梁以及冠梁上顶撑的设置对改善风道两侧小导洞内的冠梁受力状态作用不是很大。综合考虑安全性、可实施性,优选出最佳模型为边导洞与中导洞均增设钻孔桩的模型,并经过实践检验证明该风道加固技术具有一定的独创性和实用性,对类似工程具有较大的参考和借鉴意义。Due to the fact that the large diameter shield tunneling is very rare in the construction of domestic and foreign projects,it is great unique.Based on the special working condition of the air duct reinforcement under the condition that the retaining structure piles are canceled,structural internal force comparative analysis and structural reinforcement analysis are carried out by establishing three bearing structure crown beam-support models.The results show that the maximum bending moment of the crown beam occurs on both sides of the guide tunnel and the mid-span position of the crown beam;The setting of the bored pile in the middle guide tunnel and the crown beam and the top support on the crown beam don't significant improve the stress state of the crown beam in the small pilot tunnels on both sides of the air duct.Considering the safety and enforceability,the best model is selected as the model with bored piles added to the side pilot tunnel and the middle pilot tunnel,which has been tested in practice.Because of certain originality and practicability,the technology has great reference and reference significance for similar projects.
