地方高校学报特色化办刊路径探讨——以《泰山学院学报》特色栏目建设为例

摘　　要：市场经济体制下,特色化办刊已成为地方高校学报提高学术影响力的共识,但怎样走特色化道路却是许多高校学报面临的发展困境。一些地方高校成功的例子表明,地方高校学报应通过依托学校优势专业、突出区域文化研究、加强编辑队伍建设、壮大作者阵营、扩大栏目宣传等途径来提升学报办刊质量、彰显学报活力、提高学术影响力,进而推动地方高校学报实现可持续发展。Under the market economy system,the publication of special journals has become the consensus of local university journals to improve academic influence,but how to take the road of characteristics is a development dilemma faced by many university journals.Some successful examples of local colleges and universities show that local university journals should improve the quality of journals,highlight the vitality of journals,and improve academic influence by relying on the school's advantageous majors,highlighting regional culture,strengthening the construction of editorial teams,expanding the authors'camp,and expanding column publicity,so as to promote the sustainable development of local university journals.
