摘　　要：勘察设计行业在享受了时代“政策红利”“市场红利”后,未来发展将何去何从?文章拟以华建集团发展为例,就集团在管理方面的革新和创新实践进行剖析;以面向未来的视角,就科技和人才如何赋能企业发展进行布局。同时,基于行业未来发展趋势研判,提出大型设计集团未来发展转变的方向。What is the future of the survey and design industry after enjoying the"policy and market benefits"of the current era?Taking Arcplus Group PLC as an example,management innovation and innovation practice were analyzed.The solutions of using technology and talents to promote enterprise development were proposed from a future-oriented perspective.Furthermore,the development and transformation orientation of large design groups was provided by estimating the development trend of the industry.
