摘　　要：文章通过梳理和比较两个不同大型居住区项目的设计管理工作,系统总结设计管理工作中的得失,为类似大型居住区项目提供可供参考的设计管理的工作方法。通过两个项目的实践,笔者总结出在新的时代背景和发展趋势下,大型居住区规划设计管理需要充分重视的工作。After analyzing and comparing the design management of two large residential quarter projects,the gains and losses in the design management were systematically summarized to provide design management methods for other similar large residential quarter projects.Under the new era and the development trend,several critical aspects of the design management of large residential areas were concluded through the practice of these projects.
