摘  要:在大健康时代需求背景下,医学院校应利用自身优势,深化医教协同,进一步推进医学教育改革与发展,为中国健康管理与健康产业培养和输送应用型健康管理人才。以我院多年人才培养经验为基础,深化院校合作,组建优势互补的健康管理师资队伍;对健康管理型本科护理人才进行模块化探索培养,构建“护理通科+健康管理专科”课程体系;深化医联体合作,形成“医院—社区—家庭”三维全程健康管理实践体系。在培养适应社会需求的健康管理型本科护理人才中取得了显著成效。In the context of the demand of the era of health,medical schools should make use of their own advantages,deepen the collaboration between medical education and further promote the reform and development of medical education,and train and deliver applied health management talents for China's health management and health industry.Based on our years of experience in talent cultivation,we should deepen cooperation between institutions and form a health management faculty with complementary advantages;explore and cultivate health management undergraduate nursing talents in a modular way and build a curriculum system of“general nursing+health management specialties”;deepen cooperation with medical associations and form a three⁃dimensional“hospital⁃community⁃family”health management system.The team will deepen the cooperation with medical association and form a three⁃dimensional health management practice system of“hospital⁃community⁃family”.We have achieved remarkable results in cultivating health management undergraduate nursing talents to meet the needs of society.
