摘　　要：本研究意在系统疏理置信职业行为的起源、概念,及其与能力、里程碑的关系,并简要归纳置信职业行为在国内外医学教育领域中的应用现状,为我国医学人才培养模式发展提供参考依据。The purpose of this study is to systematize the origin and concept of entrustable professional activities and their relationship with competencies and milestones,and to briefly summarize the current situation of the application of entrustable professional activities in the field of medical education at home and abroad,so as to provide a reference basis for the development of medical personnel training mode in China.
