摘　　要：本文对解放军总医院组织再生与创面修复科历程中不同阶段的标志性事件及其意义进行系统性回顾,展望了学科未来发展的基本思路和路径。根据国家卫生健康委有关要求,结合解放军总医院的使命任务,借鉴研究型医院科室发展模式和经验,建立了“前店”与“后厂”相互连通的研究型病房建设模式,在各种复杂和难愈合创面治疗中走出了一条新路。面临新时代新征程的总体形势和任务,不断催生新方法新业态新模式,抓牢创面修复科发展主动权,多学科一体化管理,治疗无缝化衔接,治疗康复理念深度融合,促进学科规范化、标准化、条理化,不断做强做优做大创面修复学科,完善和提高中国特色的创面修复学科体系。In this paper,the landmark events and their significance in different stages of the Department of Tissue Repair and Regeneration of Chinese PLA General Hospital were systematically reviewed,and the basic ideas and approaches for the future development of the discipline were prospected.Based on the relevant requirements of the National Health Commission and combined with the mission of Chinese PLA General Hospital to ensure serving army,drew on the experience of the development mode of research hospitals,established the construction mode of"front shop"and"back factory"interconnected research wards,and finally found a new way in the treatment of various complex and difficult wound healing.Facing the overall situation and task of the new journey in the new era,continue to promote new methods,new forms and new models,seize the initiative of the development of wound repair department,integrate multidisciplinary management,seamless treatment,and in-depth integration of treatment and rehabilitation concepts,promote discipline standardization,standardization and organization,and constantly build a stronger,better and bigger wound repair department to complete and improve the wound repair discipline system with Chinese characteristics.
