摘  要:运动预适应是缺血预适应的一种,通过大强度、反复、短暂、间歇性的有氧运动训练,激发机体应激机制,诱导产生内源性保护物质,提高心肌对损伤的耐受能力,从而起到保护作用。近年来,随着心脏疾病人群的扩大及体育热度的上升,猝死率也在逐年提高,而心源性猝死是猝死的最主要原因。该文依据国内外研究,深入分析心源性猝死的原因,从运动预适应延缓心肌损伤进展,改善心脏供血与供氧能力,提高力竭运动心脏工作效率,降低异常心电活动影响等方面,探析运动预适应降低马拉松运动猝死发生的可能作用,就心源性猝死风险提出预防策略,以期为运动预适应用于易患人群提供可行建议。Exercise preconditioning is a kind of ischemic preconditioning,which,through high-intensity,repeated,short and intermittent aerobic exercise training,stimulates the body's stress mechanism,induces the production of endogenous protective substances,and improves the myocardium's tolerance ability to damage,so as to play a protective role.In recent years,with the expansion of the population of heart disease and the rise of sports popularity,the rate of sudden death is also increasing year by year,and sudden cardiac death is the most important cause of sudden death.Based on the research at home and abroad,this paper deeply analyzes the cause of sudden cardiac death,explores the possible effect of exercise preconditioning in reducing the occurrence of sudden cardiac death during marathon from the aspects of exercise preadaptation delaying the progression of myocardial damage,improving the blood supply and oxygen supply capacity of the heart,enhancing the heart work efficiency of exhaustive exercise,and reducing the impact of abnormal ECG activities,and puts forward prevention strategies for the risk of sudden cardiac death,in order to provide feasible suggestions for the use of exercise preadaptation in susceptible population.
