摘　　要：综合实践能力的掌握程度和应用情况,是衡量体育硕士专业学位研究生培养质量的重要条件,也是适应新时代社会发展的基本条件和必要条件。通过对湖南省6所培养体育硕士专业学位研究生的学校进行调查研究,发现湖南省6所学校在实践能力培养中或多或少存在一些缺陷和问题,如实践能力培养意识弱,课程设置缺乏时代感,评价制度不合理,实践指导教师不足,供需不相适应等。根据研究结果,提出增强实践能力培养意识,优化课程体系,挖掘社会资源,完善评价机制,规范实践培养管理等培养对策,以期为湖南省体育硕士专业学位研究生综合实践能力培养提供绵薄之力。The mastery and application of comprehensive practical ability is an important condition to measure the training quality of the master of physical education,and it is also a basic condition and necessary condition to adapt to the social development in the new era.Through the investigation and research of 6 schools that cultivate the master of physical education in Hunan Province,it is found that there are more or less defects and problems in the training of practical ability in 6 schools in Hunan province,such as the weak consciousness of practical ability training,lack of sense of the times in curriculum setting,unreasonable evaluation system,lack of practical instructors,mismatch between supply and demand,etc.According to the research results,this paper puts forward training countermeasures such as enhancing the consciousness of practical ability cultivation,optimizing the curriculum system,mining social resources,perfecting the evaluation mechanism,and standardizing the management of practical training,so as to provide a small contribution to the cultivation of comprehensive practical ability of the master of physical education in Hunan Province.
